New Job....

I finished my nursing program back at the end of April. It took about three weeks to get my temporary Texas license. I still have to complete a jurisprudence test and get fingerprinted in order to get my regular license. I'll be doing that stuff by the end of this month.
I obtained my license on a Thursday night back in May, and went out on Friday to try and secure a job. Somehow, and I'm not quite sure how other than God smiling down upon me, I got hired at a company on Friday. I now work at a nursing home and have been there about a month. I love it, and my patients and their families love me.
Now that I have a career, its time to continue to better my life and the lives of my children. Shawn and I are looking for a house to move into. We are both sick of apartments, and I really don't want my kids going to the same elementary school they attended last year. If everything goes as planned, we will move in August.
My kids are doing amazing. Jaydn did baseball and his team won the Championship. So now he has two championship trophies and thinks he is the shit.
Ansleigh has just blossomed. She astonishes me with how much she has overcome her trials of living with autism. I am so lucky to be her mommy.
Ciarabel is turning into a little stinker. She is still sassy as all get out, but its getting worse. I really can't wait for her to turn 7yrs old.
Ryker is talking in sentences now. He is completely potty trained, even at night, and is an actual little person now. Mind you, when he talks, he reminds people of a two year old, as that is his ability with his speech, but its progress all the same, and I'm thrilled!
Shawn and I are doing fantastic. I still go to bed laughing almost every night, and I have never felt so loved or special before in my entire life. It's so nice to have found someone who loves me for me, regardless of my imperfections.
